Our Senior Advisor based in London, qualified whilst at BBK and gained the designatory letters FCCA in 1997. He has experience in all the departments at BBK including financial planning, auditing, tax planning, corporate consultancy, and insolvency. As a dynamic, forward-thinking, and innovative professional focuses mainly on corporate consultancy work. Studied Finance and strategy post-graduate of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.  Innovative thinker who also gained certification for High Impact Leadership at the Institute for Sustainable Leadership at the University of Cambridge. 

Our Partner Paven Savun, who played a vital part in the formation of Bluestone Management, has worked across locations like Switzerland, the USA, UK, and Africa. He has served as the COO of a boutique asset management based in Geneva, in 2010 he co-founded CMC a mining exploration company in Cameroon which 18 months later became public on the London Stock Exchange (AIM), later was involved in the acquisition of Camper and Nicholsons International, eventually became one the 5 board member until it was sold to Fincantieri S.P.A.

An expert in Operations with a proven track record in process automation and optimization. Having worked in financial services across Europe and North America for nearly two decades, he focuses his expertise on asset management and fund administrators.

David Borg is a Chartered Accountant and co-founding partner at Capstone Group and ARQ Group. David has held senior finance positions with a number of international companies operating out of Malta where he has gained significant exposure within a variety of sectors. He is ARQ Group’s Tax & Advisory partner and leads a team of professionals providing a diversified portfolio of clients with tax as well as business advisory solutions. David is also currently a member of the Global Board of Integra International, an association of independent audit, accounting, tax, and advisory firms as well as the Vice-Chairman of Integra’s EMEIA Board. In this capacity, he is involved in driving innovative thinking processes and in shaping the future direction of this association.

Francesco Guarnieri is the founder and board member of SFE. He served as CEO since the incorporation of the Company in 2010. Francesco is also Senior Partner and Founder of the International Law Firm named “Guarnieri & Partners”. He specializes in tax, banking & finance matters and his extensive professional experience has been an integral piece in numerous international operations. In the past 15 years, he has also gained extensive experience in the financial field as an advisor, promoter, and manager of European Funds and Investment Firms. Before becoming CEO of SFE, Francesco was CFO of a multinational helicopter design and manufacturing company. He is a frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences.
